USA Loan Calculator is a small, independent loan-comparison publication run by its founder, Abdul Aleem. There is no public email address, phone number, or office — this page explains what kinds of inquiries are welcome and how to make them useful.
What inquiries are welcome
- Data corrections. Spotted a rate that looks wrong? Tell us the lender, the product, the figure you see, and where you saw the correct figure (ideally a link to the lender's own page). We re-check every report against the source and update promptly when something is off.
- Methodology questions. Questions about how rates are verified, how rankings are computed, or what "quote required" means are always welcome.
Before you write
Most questions are already answered on two pages — please check them first, since they cover exactly how this site works:
- Our methodology — how rates are verified each month, what the verified and quote-required tiers mean, and how comparisons are ranked.
- About — what the site is, who runs it, and why it exists.
What we can't do
- We are not a lender or broker and do not accept loan applications.
- We cannot give personalized financial advice or tell you which loan to take.
- We do not sell rankings or accept paid placement — see our editorial policy.
Frequently asked questions
How do I report a rate that looks wrong?
Include the lender, the product, the figure you see, and where you found the correct figure - ideally a link to the lender's own page. Every report is re-checked against the source and corrected promptly when confirmed.
Can I ask how your rankings work?
Yes. Methodology questions are welcome, and the full method is already published on the methodology page: monthly re-verification against lenders' own sites, ranked by true total cost.
Can you advise me on which loan to take?
No. This site publishes educational content only and cannot give personalized financial advice. Your actual offer will depend on your credit profile and the lender's underwriting.
Do you accept paid placements or sponsored rankings?
No. Rankings are computed from published rates and true total cost, and no commercial relationship changes them.
